Posology
When you use SUCRAFOR, one tablespoon of SUCRAFOR is exactly equivalent to one tablespoon of sugar in sweetness and weight.
This means you don’t need to make complicated calculations or adjustments to your recipes. Simply replace the sugar with the same amount of SUCRAFOR.
